Every ministry, state corporation, county government and public body is registered against Kenya's official government structure — so nothing sits outside the network.

Institutions are matched to a Relationship Manager who owns that relationship end to end — the single point of contact in the field.

Visits, calls and follow-ups are logged against each institution, and recoverable material is categorised for sale or disposal.
